Audiologist Dr. Lisa Gascay

Graduating with her doctorate degree from the University of South Florida in 2013, Dr. Lisa Gascay was pleased to open Rainbow River Hearing & Balance, Inc in late 2018.

A Florida native, Dr. Gascay lived in Las Vegas, NV for 20 years before returning to Dunnellon, FL. with her husband and business partner, Geff Gascay.  Prior to planning Rainbow River Hearing & Balance Inc, she worked briefly at HearUSA in the Villages. While in Las Vegas, Dr. Gascay worked for a family-owned private Audiology practice, Anderson Audiology.  She also enjoyed serving as Audiologist for Fyzical Therapy and Balance Centers in Las Vegas, NV, where she gained extensive experience in auditory and vestibular diagnostics and treatment strategies for those experiencing hearing and communication difficulties.

Hailing from the Panhandle but firmly rooted in the charm of the Nature Coast, Dr. Frenton brings a hometown warmth to the practice in Dunnellon. As a board-certified audiologist through the American Board of Audiology and a proud fellow member of the American Academy of Audiology, she’s not just a professional—she’s a dedicated advocate for better hearing.

Dr. Frenton proudly holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, showcasing her commitment to the highest standards of clinical expertise. Beyond the clinic, she’s not just a practitioner; she’s a community champion. Dr. Frenton serves on the board of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services of Florida, making a positive impact in Hernando and Pasco counties.

Dr. Frenton isn’t just about certificates and boards—she’s all about making a difference in the lives of those she serves. With a focus on diagnostics, amplification, assistive listening devices, aural rehabilitation, tinnitus treatment, and cochlear/bone conduction implant assessment, she’s a true expert in her field.
